Not entirely sure what the story is but it seems that Gintoki went to see Takasugi at his place but Takasugi wasnt home. Then he spots some snacks and eats those which seems to result in Gintoki growing cat ears and tail. Then they have sex.

Basically when the Shinsengumi engages in battle with a group of bad guys Hijikata gets turned in a cat by one of them. Yamazaki saves cat Hijkkata from being striked down and once the Shinsengumi returns to their base and discuss what to do with this situation cat Hijikata gets startled by a dog and runs on the streets where he crosses paths with the Yorozuya.

It's the follow up doujinshi to "Familiar is a cat" a doujinshi I posted here a few days back. It features Idia and Azul and this time also the Leech twins who all have mini version of themselves with cat ears and tail that are there familiars. Again; title says it all really.

Btw if you are wondering; no this isnt the only doujin I meant when I said I ordered more there are still more on the way and those are R-18. So if you dont like cute fluffy stuff like this you'll have to wait a little longer.
