I got this in a book that is a collection of various doujinshi and I cant find the story synopsis online with my limited knowledge of Japanese. I think it's a continuation of the last Gintama doujin I posted ("Pure Rock and Roll") Since there is a panel that is exactly the same as one in that one during a moment where Hijikata seems to remember/think back to something. Unlike Pure Rock and Roll though this doujinshi is R-18 and has sex scenes.
