Gintoki's and Takasugi's kids are happily growing up and the youngest (who looks like Takasugi) expresses that he wants a younger sister. To grant his wish Takasugi that night tries to have sex with Gintoki who at first rejects Takasugi's advances and goes to sleep. But then Gintoki has a dream where Takasugi holds a new baby of which Zura is the father and Gintoki jolts awake. Seeing Takasugi sleeping sweetly beside him and because of the dream Gintoki is now willing to have sex and another child.
