Don't know the exact story but it seems Gintoki and Takasugi form a family. They already have a kid that looks a lot like Gintoki. Anyways after avoiding sexy time with Gintoki, Takasugi and Gintoki have sex and Takasugi gets pregnant to later give birth to a baby that looks alot like Takasugi. There's also a scene where Gintoki gets jealous of his kids getting breastfed by Takasugi.

There's no mention of Alpha's and Omega's as far as I can tell so this not an Omegaverse story.
