Dunno the exact story of this one but it seems a tipsy Hijikata who is drinking at the same bar as Gintoki makes Gintoki flustered and wonder how he feels about Hijikata. (If someone knows what the story is actually about and what it's title is feel free to let me know and I will update the info).
