Don't know the exact story but it seems Gintoki and Takasugi form a family. They already have a kid that looks a lot like Gintoki. Anyways after avoiding sexy time with Gintoki, Takasugi and Gintoki have sex and Takasugi gets pregnant to later give birth to a baby that looks alot like Takasugi. There's also a scene where Gintoki gets jealous of his kids getting breastfed by Takasugi.

There's no mention of Alpha's and Omega's as far as I can tell so this not an Omegaverse story.

in a room where they couldn't get out unless they did something.Wondering why the important part about "having to do something" was hidden, Cloud considered destroying it, but then he noticed a mysterious bed in the room and somehow figured out the meaning of the hidden words. He was confused, as he'd never been with a man before. He's surprised that Sephiroth doesn't even resist giving him a blow job, and Cloud wonders if his strange familiarity is due to something he'd experienced in the past. Will the two be able to get out of this room...?

Warning: I am suspecting that Cloud is not really consenting to the sex. Also after the sex Sephiroth attacks Cloud in a bit of a violent way.

Cloud, strengthened by Jenova's cells and aware that he possesses powers beyond his capabilities, is troubled by his inability to control his ferocity. At that moment, Sephiroth appears before Cloud... This Sephiroth story, set after AC, depicts Sephiroth adjusting Cloud's body after he grows incomplete wings.
